You were not the cheapest, but Dave won me over with his knowledge and his willingness to help me. I have never put in a pool before and there was so much unknown. He walked me through the permit process and other aspects, which is something that even my pool company neglected to do. In addition, he thought about my electrical needs beyond the pool … there were aspects of my panel that were out of code, and he noted those and offered to bring them where they need to be. No other electric company giving a quote even mentioned those issues.
We are happy customers and will definitely be recommending you to friends, should electrical needs arise. Thanks again for great work!

On dates prior to July 13, my service date, I had a first rate introduction of your company and scheduling experience with your manager, "Dale". Dale's professionalism was extremely polished and thorough so that come my service date I knew exactly what to expect. She took the time to ensure I knew everything from the company's vision to pricing and everything in-between.
Come my service day it was exactly what Dale had told me to the tee. There was no gap between expectation and service delivery as Patrick was simply superb. From the gentleman 's greeting to recap of the work performed Patrick lived up to the highest expectation I had from my introduction with Dale and then some. For example, Patrick, was very warm and friendly throughout and extremely conscientious. When Patrick screwed the face plates back on he made sure the screws were lined-up. That attention to detail only takes a split second, but it goes a long way for a customer like me.
In close, as a homeowner I had my share of disappointments and then some. My experience with your company is by far the best customer experience ever with any contractor and your employees are solid and really care about the Pezz name. I look forward to referring your company to others and of course our future business.
